EXAMPLE WORKFLOW

CSV or JSON samples and a question you want to answer. Work from copies of the originals.
METHOD
Inspect. Transform. Check.
Identify the schema, make assumptions explicit, and verify totals and exceptions.
OUTPUT
A summary and its working.
A new result file, a short explanation, and the code used to produce it.
EXAMPLE PROMPT
Inspect the sample files in this folder and describe their schemas. Identify inconsistent records before changing anything. Then create a separate summary file and explain how you checked it. Keep the original files unchanged.
Then ask
“Apply the same approach to this second sample. Check its schema first, and explain any changes the method needs.”

Extract comparable facts, record source locations, and identify conflicting or missing information.
OUTPUT
A traceable comparison.
A report with references, explicit uncertainty, and the supporting working data.
EXAMPLE PROMPT
Compare these documents against the criteria I supplied. Record where each factual claim comes from, distinguish source claims from your interpretation, and flag gaps. Save the comparison separately so we can revise it when I add another source.

“Here is another source. Update the comparison and tell me which conclusions changed, with references.”

Use the source material to prepare the output, then inspect it in the application where it will be used.
OUTPUT
A finished file to review.
A new file, a summary of the changes, and a clear account of anything unfinished.
EXAMPLE PROMPT
Use these sample files to prepare a separate report in the format I specify. Open it in the supported application and check the layout and contents. Describe any action you could not verify. Keep the source files unchanged and ask before publishing or sending anything.
